Once in a while they fine those big firms that do it. But they have so much money that they just look at the fine as the cost of doing business. Because the fine amount is nothing compared to what they make doing it! Grrrr

TrytosaveabitOP Zahid007: I’m very cynical! But yes I feel the same way at times. If the SEC would just look at the amount of FTD’s at times with certain tickers. They would absolutely know what’s going on but that don’t do it. So either they are blind and don’t care? Or complicit? And either one is not acceptable at all!!!!!!
