$C3.ai(AI.US$ here's my two cents.. Tuesday Wednesday we have two key economic indicators coming out and they are going to either catapult the market several hundred points higher or strip away the gains from the past week and a half as quick as you can snap your fingers. that's like playing Russian roulette I know that's not big picture thinking but that's the reality so if you're going to go in for a short-term trade has nothing to do with support and resistance lines on a chart it has everything to do with will the Fed maintain a caucus position or is there the inclination that they may still cut this year. the 22nd is ultimately the biggest day this quarter that's Nvidia they're going to beat the expectations for earnings for revenues the biggest question is will they elevate their forward Outlook even higher than what anybody has anticipated and if they do then in my opinion the play is going to be to buy a call option on c3ai. c3 comes out on the 29th Nvidia is the 22nd I don't think you need to jump in to AI prior to because Nvidia is going to determine what's going to happen so what does it mean it means if Nvidia knocks the cover off the ball c3 may be up a buck and a half on that news because they'll Mark everything up.. but what it does is it provides the confidence within the marketplace to buy the dip again and at that point you can go in and buy a may 30 strike on c3ai you'll have time to cover the earnings plus 2 days and if you see a gap up like this happened before you have a nice return. the bullish case for a spike on earnings would put it around $32 best case. and the may 30 call strike as of the close were 50 cents
