Here is why APLD will be in 3-digit
$Applied Digital (APLD.US)$ APLD is a landlord that keep building houses/condo, while Coreweave is a tenant that rent some of the houses/condo. In my naive mind, the landlord certainly will be better off than the tenant! If Coreweave is in 3-digit, why not APLD?
