Happy International Women’s Day and some moomoo features to invest smarter
Happy International Women’s Day to female moomoo users, young and old! As this is a day to celebrate the achievements of women from all walks of life and talk about ways to empower women, I will touch on two useful features in the moomoo app that can assist all moomoo users to improve their returns and to make more informed trading decisions.

$Fullerton SGD Cash Fund(SG9999005961.MF$ is still my favourite money market fund to park idle cash while waiting for market opportunities. The moomoo promotion (for existing moomoo SG users) which offers bonus yield on top of the fund’s performance to give a total return of 6.8%pa has also been icing on the cake.
Markets
Be it to screen for stocks, check the heat map, see which stocks support fractional shares, view high gainers/losers, explore the industry chain, track the holdings of star institutions, check the earnings and economic calendar or see which stocks have changes in analyst ratings, Markets is there to assist. It is broken down into different markets for ease of navigation.
Fractional Share is great for those wanting to invest in major US stocks like $Apple(AAPL.US$ $Tesla(TSLA.US$ $Microsoft(MSFT.US$ but don’t have enough money to buy a whole share. You can buy fractional shares at regular intervals to build up your holdings. Read more about this here.
Industry Chain is especially useful if you are interested in a particular industry but not sure which are the companies in the upstream and downstream.
