GRAND FINALE (Day 10/10): The Last QQQ Guess! Lock In Your Jackpot!
Mooers — This is it. The Final Showdown. ![]()
Day 10 marks the end of our New Year Challenge. We kicked off 2026 with fireworks
… now we finish with a high-stakes pressure test on the market’s tech pulse: Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ).
January’s tape has been fast and emotional already — QQQ is still acting like the market’s main risk-on/risk-off switch, and it’s up about ~0.8% intraday (Jan 5). With QQQ hovering around ~$618 heading into today (Tue, Jan 6) and swinging roughly ~$5 between the most recent session’s high and low, the close can flip the narrative in the final hour — perfect conditions for a sharp “closing-range” call.
Will Big Tech stick to the landing, or will we see a late-game twist?
One last vote. One last number. One final shot at the 10-Day Streak Jackpot.

hjx : 1) Precise Guess (Exact Close):
QQQ to close at 619.35
2) Depth (Thesis):
QQQ has stayed the market’s main “risk-on / risk-off” lever, and the tape is still trading emotionally, not calmly. The current reference zone is ~618, with the most recent high/low around 620.77 / 615.80 (a tight but tradable range). My base case is a slightly bullish “stick-the-landing” finish: if buyers keep defending the mid-615s area (range support) and price holds above ~617–618 into the afternoon, momentum + positioning tends to push price back toward the top of the range into the close. I’m also watching the idea that early-week strength can attract late-day chasers when price reclaims the morning VWAP / key intraday pivot. If we keep printing higher lows and don’t lose 616 decisively, I expect a close in the upper half of the day’s range.
3) Clear Logic (Bullish or Bearish):
Bullish (slight). As long as 616–617 holds, the path of least resistance is a grind-up toward 621, with a closing print that leans “risk-on.” A clean breakdown below ~616 would flip me bearish fast.
4) Action / Proof:
Screenshot attached — this is my current moomoo holdings snapshot showing I’m already positioned pro-risk assets: GOOG +68.08%, SLV +48.67%, SMH +17.12%, COPX +16.88%, ES3 +14.70%. That’s why my Day 10 approach is bullish-bias but disciplined into the bell. For today’s QQQ play, I’ll scale in small only if price holds the intraday pivot and buyers keep defending the day’s lows; if QQQ pushes into the upper range late-day, I’ll ride the momentum into the close with a tight stop. If QQQ instead breaks down and can’t reclaim support, I’ll stand down / trim risk and protect profits in my existing winners (especially the higher-beta exposure like SMH).
