Dropping because there are more sellers than buyers. I mentioned a few weeks ago we will be "pennied to death" and we are being that. Level 2 is weak and there is very little support.

Until management comes out with some solid news and some quarterly reports showing the decline in operations has reversed, we will drift up a little and down a little. for such a low float stock it makes no sense to see the way it trades. the float turns over weekly, so it actually doesn't it's just a bunch of traders being allowed to trade with no real support or buying. Not many follow this so will take some real effort on management's part to shore things up.

Also in my opinion the repurchase announcement has not been acted on, but we will see shortly when they have to report.
