Genting Singapore up Capex to $6.8B. Is it still worth buying?

$Genting Sing(G13.SI) $Genting Sing(G13.SG)$ surged 10.5% on 14 November, the biggest one-day gain since March 2020 after it reported a 59% jump in its 3Q net profits.
On top of that, it also talked about how the capex for the upgrade and expansion of RWS will hit $6.8 billion, a big jump from the initial $4.5 billion.
