JMT OP : Haha, as of November 24th, the progress is only around 50%. With more than ten additional days, they aim to reach over 75%. You think the chance is high, but I believe the likelihood is slim. I’m not selling; I’ll wait for them to raise the offer next time. At this price, many people are still at a loss.

JMT OP : $GENM (4715.MY)$ Kenanga Investment Bank advises Genting Malaysia shareholders to reject Genting Group's takeover offer of MYR 2.35 per share, as the offer is deemed unfair and unreasonable, being approximately 32% to 38% lower than Genting Malaysia’s estimated intrinsic value per share of MYR 3.48 to 3.77.

103706768 JMT OP : Yes and GENT intrinsic value is 7-8 and KLCI is at least 2.5-3k, but the world doesnt work based on hopes and dreams lol. Gent has gotten 55% thru open market alrd, they just need 20% from large retail holder thru CA agreement.
This acquisition is in the bag unless BOD comes out against it, if they dont then you know they are in bed with GENT/LKT.
