有觉好睡Alan : that the problem
10baggerbamm 有觉好睡Alan : that's why if you want to buy Bitcoin you just buy it directly or buy it in an ETF why do you want to have a cap on your upside
2025新起点 OP 10baggerbamm : so “someone” will push the share price higher in order to make the note “worth to buy”?
10baggerbamm 2025新起点 OP : it doesn't work that way with microstrategy
it's a running joke with micro strategy or strategy b they no one Michael Saylor is going to be buying stock at the market he has this reoccurring pattern and they know when he's going to do a convertible offering that's disclosed. so they let Bitcoin run he buys his Bitcoin on a Monday or Sunday night however you want to look at it bitcoins at the highest and then it falls thousands of dollars after the purchase it's naked shorted straight down.
it's it's almost pathetic because his timing you would say is horrible but people take advantage and they make it short Bitcoin after his purchase they stopped selling pressure they let Bitcoin run up going into his purchase and then they pull the rug by naked shorting the piss out of it. so about a month ago he raised 2 billion dollars in a convertible and this guy is like a crackhead the minute he's got money in his hand he's buying fucking Bitcoin he never waits just like a crackhead the minute they got a rock they're smoking it they need that high that's what Michael Saylor is because he's a narcissist when he does his convertible he's on TV that day he's on every station Bloomberg CNBC Fox Business and he craves that center of attention that Bitcoin revolves around him that's why he wears his orange tie this guy posts on x 50 times a week all these different images of himself in different clothes all orange colored everything Bitcoin where he's holding a cane with Bitcoin the guy's a narcissist. anyways he bought Bitcoin $2 billion dollars worth at $97,300 4 days later bitcoins 82,000. just think how much more he could have bought if he would have waited or if he broke pattern and didn't buy Sunday night going into Monday... but as smart as he is he's too stupid because everybody sees his pattern and everybody when I say everybody the people that are manipulating Bitcoin and shorting it they know how to trap him every single time
71470983 : thats why they shorted the crap out of it, to bring the price down
