102128408 : Did you click to participate in the event? If there's no way yet, if you click, there's no way
MarketFortuneTellerOP : Meaning can withdraw first then click deposit back ?
agreeable Hound_0795 102128408: can withdraw than click than subscribe? advice me, I also confused
MarketFortuneTellerOP : Why make it so complicated ? Moomoo pls help
Moomoo Lily : Hi,@Moomoo Buddy Please assist. Thanks!
Moomoo Buddy : Dear customer ,accumulated amount (new fund) is determined by the net deposit amount during the event period (Net Deposit Amount = Amount Deposited – Amount Withdrawn), if any further help needed, kindly contact us through Me-Customer Service-Online Inquiry or drop us a call at +65-63218888. Thanks for your support and have a nice day ahead
102890163 : I only added fresh funds during the 5.8 promo but didn’t click participate. How do I know if I enjoy the 5.8%
MarketFortuneTellerOP : I would suggest promotion just make it simple to rewards your current clients . Same like previous free commissions also super complicated !
102128408 agreeable Hound_0795: The calculation of 5.8% only starts because the deposit of 10-80k is 10-80k after participating in the event. If you haven't clicked to participate in the event, redeem the funds already in it and withdraw them to your bank. Then click to participate in this event, then deposit again. The system will know that it is a new deposit, so you can participate in the event effectively
Dadacai 102890163: You must register before adding fresh funds, else the fresh funds will not be counted. After that, you must then subscribe to a Cash Plus fund to enjoy the 5.8%pa. If you register after depositing, you will not be able to withdraw those funds to redeposit to meet the fresh fund requirement.
