From which channel do American consumers purchase Apple products?
Among Apple's products, the most important ones are iPhone, iPad and Mac laptops. So what tendencies do consumers have in choosing the channels to purchase these products?
According to CIRP survey data:
(1) 67% of iPhones are purchased from telecom operators; the power of communication packages bundled with mobile phones is still huge;
(2) iPad purchase channels are relatively scattered;
(3) The largest channel for Mac computers is Apple’s own retail stores or channels (39%); Bestbuy also has a 26% share.
