Freshippo by Alibaba to Relaunch Member Services, Upgrade Benefits

Alibaba's Freshippo is set to resume member card opening and renewal services for Freshippo X Gold and Freshippo X Diamond members on April 24.

The company plans to upgrade and adjust the benefits of the original benefit rules for these membership tiers.

Trial implementation of the refined services will commence on April 20 at the Freshippo X member shop in Nanjing, with other regions slated to follow suit on April 24.
