$BOZZA DEVELOP (01069.HK)$ has anyone looked into making a fraud report with the pertinent authorities or board in HK? not sure what good it would do at this point

EarningGuru 72877602: Are you a part of a group that gives advice on stock tips? I am so I’m trying to figure things out. I noticed that an Executive Director was recently changed with the company on the 14th. As I’ve seen with US stocks, this can cause a great shift in price. When it’s a tremendous rise or drop in price it can often cause a haunt or pause on the trading for that companies stock.
