$iSun Inc(ISUN.US$ With the rescinding of the R/S and the letter to shareholders yesterday that they say they will continue to try and drive shareholder value! With that being said this was their second 180 day extension! So if, IF they have something in the works to regain compliance without the R/S? What ever that may be? It has to happen BEFORE MAY 13th 2024! That is the final date to be in compliance with the 1.00 minimum bid price! ![]()

TrytosaveabitOP Jaguar8: It does! Also because im not sure how they would approach this! Technically to regain compliance organically they have to trade above 1.00 for 10 trading days? That would mean they have to be above 1.00 by close of market on Tuesday 3/30? But I’ve never seen one try this and this close to the end of second extension? So makes me think buyout could be on the table???

8 Seconds : I think if there is an acquisition, the ticker ISun would get delisted as a condition of the acquisition. Therefore, I don't think they will have to maintain a 1.00 for the 10 days. I believe they will get a new ticker and cuspit #. The company had a positive 3rd quarter, and their relationship with Next2Sun is promising. It's a quick way to get a German company on the Nasdaq without all the costs and bureaucracy.

TrytosaveabitOP Mcsnacks H Tupack: I agree that thought had crossed my mind! But that don’t make a lot of sense? Unless the shareholders letter was just a lie to keep people from selling off! That letter states that they rescinded the R/S because/and want to do everything they can to increase shareholder value? So in my mind delisting would actually do the reverse? Hehehe! JMO!
