I’ve made a number of bad trades when my minds been elsewhere. - Just had an argument with my spouse - didn’t sleep at all the night before - kids are home from school - Sick with the Flu or Covid - Have a business call I cannot get off my mind Shit happens, we all live in the real world. But if ur focusing is lacking ur finances will pay the price. Here are some of my rules for OPTIONS TRADING 1. Patience/Focus 2. Cash account 3. Complete strategy 4. Get the right entry (under bid 11%) 5. Buy enough time to be correct 6. Follow the flows 7. Trade w/o emotion 8. It’s okay to take a L, minimize ur losses 9. Journal 📓
