Can't wait to see which of us will get to say told ya so. if they make it past may I'll come back n say shiii u might be right. but even if they sell every car how will they produce more? they'll still be in debt and major investors will not buy until a year from now when the year graph shows an upward trend with no bad news. with ontime 10ks and projected targets hit. maybe they'll be like lucid or polestar and get a 1b loan. and then they what? survive for 3 months nobody's acquiring or merging with a company that doesn't even own the platform of their only vehicle with a track record of recalls from the jump and we will also see how Federal regulators opened an investigation into the Fisker Ocean SUV over braking problems turn out
GreenerOP : the acquisition didn't happen last week. if that were the case I would have to agree with you. it most likely was agreed upon in January while things were still good. now they are in a silent period and can't defend themselves. not that they would anyway. the aquarium company most likely Nissan wants to shake out as many investors as possible before the announcement day. they get it cheaper that way. less people to pay. the silent period should be over soon. I will continue to buy the dips.
