The Logic is good. Production is the biggest expense of any startup company. Besides they still have an inventory of 5k (200million worth) and that needs to be depleted. It also gives them a stable asset valuation hense the partnership they are seeking can settle on a realistic price. Having said that, they are going to have to pull a rabbit out of the hat to survive. I will take that bet for pennies on the dollar any time..
