  • Greener :

  • Greener : why is the MACD and the stochastic showing movement when the stock is suspended??

  • Greener :

  • Greener : tried to post that about three times and it failed every time. hmmm!!

  • Freedom BoyOP Greener: What do you think is happening?

  • Greener : I honestly don't know. I do know the only time I've seen a stock halted for the majority of the trading day It had hit the circuit breaker three times in a row. It's really strange though. The market was open just long enough for someone to buy a whole lot of shares. And then shut down.

  • Greener : All the evidence I've seen over the past couple two or three weeks has led me to believe there's either a merger or a buyout. It would explain why they didn't make the interest payment even though they had plenty of money to do so. It's not uncommon for a company to be late on their financial report at least once. however the NASDAQ didn't bother them at all about it. was probably because it would have led to some kind of insider trading violation. usually when a company is struggling financially they don't shut down production. maybe scale back at best. usually when a company's in financial trouble that's when they hit the gas pedal. I just don't think any of that leads to a partnership. It's still too damning to the company. Also it seems like everything Fisker has done in the last two or three months has been to help drop the price of the stock. That's not an indication of someone who plans on keeping his company long-term. That leads me to believe someone is trying to buy them out. If that's the case our shares going into that company will dilute their stock. They want to try to shake out as many investors as they can before the merge or buyout.

  • Freedom BoyOP Greener: Looks like someone knows something we don’t…

  • Greener : And remember Fisker and his wife still own almost 12% of the stocks each. so they own over 20%. If this was going bankrupt or out of business they would have sold weeks ago. The fact that they're still holding their stocks shows me there's plenty of value to be had here. I don't think we're going to have to wait too long either.

  • Freedom BoyOP Greener: I think you’re on the money. Black rock and Vanguard are both shady as f and still holding their bags so I agree, buyout. After reading the article you posted earlier it pretty textbook
