71404478 : might want to buy back before this Friday. their 8-k that was filed Friday added 750M shares. which will be for the merger/partnership deal. it'll drop down to .32-.28 cents before the delayed 10-k is filed this friday if they dont announce the deal before then. but once blackrock a 4.1t dollar force and vanguard backs out. that's when ik it's dead in the water

71404478 JamjamnutOP: with 750m it would jump from .30 to 1.50 at the lowest, highest would b around 2.80ish the moment they buy. when nycb had a 1b cash infusion, it jumped from 1.70 to 4.88, then dropped drastically bc it wasn't backed by anything but the loan. i was able to cash out at 4.14, quick 2x and i was -986 before it finally popped. i already knew about the lending days beforehand by their 8-k report... but back to fsr theres the fiscal report, depending on how that goes. and depending on the partner it could appreciate the value. like if it is nissan customers wont be so leary to puchase since it's endorsed by a household name + help with logistics, expansion, team management that the ceo fisker and president/cfo/coo aka fiskers wife failed at..but they did finallg recognize they cannot sustain being direct to consumer and are showing improvements from their mistakes and taking the correct steps now despite mainstream news saying he will be bankrupt by the end of year which is what he said..himself...if..he does not switch to a partnership model which is what theyve done.. the possibilities can be big or very small. If you've already taken a huge losses. totally understandable. high risk high reward thats the name of game. I'm only down 227.50 from the .40 3.2k holding and 600 more at .35. just a 1.5k hit if they do sink. but investors that are in like blackridge and vanguard show me there's no need to panic sell
