$First Wave BioPharma(FWBI.US$ The Company will pay Sanofi an upfront payment of $500,000 within thirty business days of the date of the License Agreement. Sanofi will be eligible to receive up to $46 million in potential development and regulatory milestone payments and up to $235 million in potential commercial milestone payments. Sanofi will also be eligible to receive mid-to-high single-digit royalties on net sales, as well as a percentage of sublicense and transfer revenues with respect to Capeserod. Sanofi will also have a right of first refusal with respect to Capeserod out-licensing transactions

TrytosaveabitOP Salmon Klein: Again can’t tell you what to do? I am still holding and I am in at .10! This is the only ticker I’ve ever done that with! Was up huge and held. So the RS is being voted on, not necessarily implemented yet? They may try to get over a dollar organically? But i and another that I really trust his judgement! Thinks they may split as soon as Monday? Depending on how many shares you have and size of RS will determine if you sell and then buy back after RS? Because it will Pop after for sure! GL!
Salmon Klein : i enter but sold in the wave...but got in again at 0.36, quite high. now I am only lossing, about 20%. i went in with 1000 Dollars, but still mine. so, don't want to risk it. if it wont go up naturally, i want to get out, but minimizing losses, then i am not sure what is better if get out straight away o wait for the RS? please advice, because i have beeen tempted to sell everything all this week.
