Fibonacci

I apogize to bother anyone but i have a important quetion. Yesterday while working on 2 different computer and screens. I noticed that the fib on moomoo is reversed. tradeview and other sites had the opposite direction from all the others. I have used a few other tools on different indicators and its the same with all those. fibs up pointing arrows for the william fractals and a few others. I have messagd support and they told me they would look into and ended chat. So does any one else have this issue? i cant give anymore detail because I am fairly new and don't know the indicators or charting tools yet. ty
