Can someone enlightened me on how. Dell customer database got hacked uet Dell stock climb on opening and still relatively ok for the day?

1. the data leaks are not super severe. data leaked are names, address, and what PC customer bought. this information alone, while it has some level of privacy (name and where customer live), is still limited in scope as compared to credit card leaked
2. there have been many leaks in the past. each leaks makes subsequent leak less surprising. sdding the fact that everyone's information is already on the internet probably makes the market priced this news as not that much negative
