Earnings Published for 2023 Year

- Launched its e-commerce sale of the Safety Shot Beverage (reduces accumulation of blood alcohol) in December 2023. Plans remain to schedule pre-IND meeting with FDA as well as seek Orphan Drug Designation for clinical drug formulated version of Safety Shot Beverage (SS-100). SS-100 is being developed to treat acute alcohol poisoning.

- R&D costs down significantly compared to 2022 and expected to ramp back up.

- Primary revenue ($200K) from e-commerce sale of NoStingz suncare products (jellyfish sting prevention sunscreen) and Safety Shot Beverage as well as licensing revenue from Photocil (treatment for psoriasis and vitiligo) and Safety Shot Beverage sales in India. The Company plans to re-launch Photocil in the US in the fourth quarter of 2024.

- The Company no longer markets or sells any CBD products and is seeking opporunities to sell or partner CBD related assets.

- $3.8M ending cash vs. $1.5M ending cash in DEC 2022.

- Legal proceedings ramped up in Q1/2024 with several court rulings either pending or still under early stage litigation. Majority of lawsuits related to breah of contracts at the time warrants were intended to be exercised.

- On February 22, 2024 the Company announced it has signed an agreement to license and sell its legacy Jupiter Wellness assets to Elite Health Partners Inc. Elite Health is currently a private company, but plans to launch publically by filing a registration statement for an IPO by Q3 2024. Upon its IPO, Elite Health will acquire the licensed Jupiter Wellness assets for a consideration of 40% of Elite Health's outstanding shares that Safety Shot plans to dividend to its shareholders.
