Ozzibattler : the whole situation smells fishy. lots of investors blindsided. there is no defense to selling all their shares the way they did. it is nonsense that the statement from $Droneshield Ltd (DRO.AU)$ even suggests that the three executives did not conspire to sell at the same time simultaneously, especially with the retracted news release. no wonder they did not seem keen on listing in the US. this will all look suss when all this is put on a timeline

because that erroneous contract was with the US government.. you can see what a slippery slope that would be and since he's in the United States he would be getting prosecuted and he still might..
who releases the statement oh they didn't conspire.. they're trying to build their defense right now for a legal case that they know is coming against them.. m

10baggerbamm Ozzibattler : they all should have their assets seized all of the proceeds from that sale everybody involved it should be all forfeited is what should happen and then they should prosecuted because that was not a mistaken contract that was fraud they knowingly released a fake contract to get the stock to rise up so that they can sell into the strength and everybody dumped you see everybody there they liquidated 100% of all their vested stock.
now the plot thickens there's more to the story..
you got all of the officers liquidating everything that they own that's vested that's highly abnormal you can say that milestones and accomplishments were achieved everybody doesn't liquidate all the same time maybe one person liquidates half another person a quarter but you don't liquidate everything so there's more dirt that's going to be coming out you're going to see something else is going on behind the curtain

Ozzibattler : agree with every word you say. a lot of people lost money including myself after  investing due to being impressed with and having confidence in where they were headed. the Australia Financial Review is covering this well and I reckon it wont be too long before ASIC and maybe AFP get involved. if not, it sends the wrong message to the investor community that the ASX is corrupt.
