Don't anger the shareholders
Interesting situation with this stock. Company wants to dilute shares by issuing 12-25% more stock. Price drops by 85%. Company hears the shareholders and settles for issuing only 1/2% more stock. Price drops more. 1/2% drop in share value = 90% drop in price. The Board should stand in a circle and slap the person to their right, all at the same time.

73431864OP Megadad2186: I don't know. They changed their mind again and are doing the new stock offering. But if anyone is going to buy it at $1.13, then some institutional investors must think the price is going back up there.
