I see unsual transaction like buying & selling between1.5-1.7 ( but the current price is 1.2 why is this happening?

There is a few legitimate reasons! But theres also manipulation going on! Hope this helps a lil at least? GL
Adipose fin : look at the exchange. it says finra so the institutional purchased. their movements do a lot more than what us retails can ever do
STD0825 : As others have said it is either buys/sell that happened over night and got processed at 8am when the larger exchanges opened. Or it could be buys made days ago that got shifted from lit exchanges to dark pools. I also believe that private exchanges give advantageous price to clients and just sweep it to a lit exchange as a short and close it immediately for the difference. Not sure in this exact case.
