Discrepancies of options trade in this ticker
Hi Moomoo and your cs team,
I'm not sure who to tag, but regarding this issue of self closing of trade, I've already identify the discrepancies already. As your customer service is inefficient is spotting the problem, I've said the system is having some minor glitches. I have 4 option leg trade missing and discrepancies in my balance account.
It is not just a simple counter trade issue, and i hope moomoo can have better notifications on this matter too. I'm not that dumb to think that this isnt a counter trade issue. But i told you all there are missing trades and my money is gone! Moomoo, please uphold your reputation and please solve the matter together with me. Not just telling me I've long the trade, so my short is close. then where is the trade record and money??? 2 weeks past, and im still in this issue.
Also please send me an angel cs officer manager etc to solve problems, not tell me what is the problem.
I KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!!
Ok i state my point. So shall i wait for response or go thru the chatbot for the 5-6times?
I hope i do not need to escalate this small matter further. Thank you

Learning UncleOP : So in the end, you all only offer me up to 41buck yield cashplus voucher to settle this issue ah? very disappointing. and there is nothing you all can do. really?? and the voucher still have to apply ah? so nowadays this is how moomoo response to issues. Not even willing to understand the issue at all too. I believe till now moomoo still duno what is happening. cuz scale too big liao. can't see small fry issue. I thought their customer service is good. but I differ now. I'll trade lesser from now. cuz moomoo can't help with error issues on trades if it is more deep. said my piece. AND I DUN NEED YOUR MISERABLE VOUCHER! YOU ALL CAN KEEP IT FOR YOUR FUTURE PROSPERITY PURPOSE.
