DIS shareholders Proxy Due

DIS shareholders' proxy is due this week.   You should see your voter's statement in the email linked to your account. 

I have already submitted my vote. It is always important to provide your guidance for your investment.  So if you don't use that power, you will lose it.

My take is that Disney has made some of its greatest growth and acquisition under Bob Iger.  I have great trust in his leadership even though there are some recent big F ups.  But, adding Nelson Peltz  to the board would not improve the situation. If Nelson Peltz gets on board of directors, you will have continuous conflicts internally.  And you know a family won't grow if there is no harmony.  Peltz will chop the company into pieces to sell.  It is like a car in parts are worth more than in whole.  But one thing people don't realize is that a car in parts is no longer a CAR! 😒
