$Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3x Shares ETF(SOXL.US)$ let break 31 tonight. Guess its so manipulated that during 24hrs it went down to 31 and got suspended perhaps this is the counter that caused the issue and premarket open at a higher price.
