$Direxion Daily Real Estate Bull 3X Shares ETF(DRN.US)$ I think it's safe to put one toe in the water with this ETF at this point. so what do I mean let's suppose that you wanted to buy a thousand shares in total buy 1/3 so by 330 shares just go ahead and buy it.. I think if we have a horrific down day and I thought last night when I got an alert of the Israeli strike that today would be the day that this would be down 10% and it didn't happen. armies around the world it is going to be a long road so that everybody understands number one number two it is technically way oversold and with a little bit of consolidation in the market here it could be up a $1.50 very quickly so from a short-term pop that is very possible. that being said by 1/3 of the position here I am doing it I'm looking at a year one year trade if that's too long for you don't buy it you need to have interest rates coming down and here's the quandary when chairman Powell cuts by a quarter of a percent whether it is in July whether it is in November 2 days after the election or whether it is in between because he did say that at the last meeting that they can act data dependent and it doesn't have to be at a meeting it could be in between.. the minute that he cuts Wall Street these bobbleheads will be saying oh well we only got a quarter when is he going to cut again because nothing is ever good enough understand that.. but once the dam is broken and there is a quarter point cut everything reverses in the sector because it offers all of these bobbleheads that are complaining about a trillion dollars worth of commercial loans that need to be refinanced the beginning of an end where they have the ability where the trend is coming down with rates will be coming down materially.

  • 10baggerbammOP : so by a third if I am wrong and it drops $1 buy another third don't scream and holler at me cuz I'm telling you fair warning if we have another small regional Bank collapse like silicon valley or like community Bank of New York again it will wreak havoc on the regionals and Commercial real estate again the holdings here you need to look at the composition it is not your shopping malls it is not your strip malls it is not your office buildings there's data centers in this portfolio completely different other than the problem areas within today's society. but again if for some reason we get an event or causes it to drop a dollar take your other third and by there the last third is upon confirmation of a rate cut buy your last third then regardless of where the price is when he cuts buy it so that's the game plan I bought a little bit this morning and I believe that the upside here is going to be tremendous I think there's a short-term pop that potentially could be coming because we are technically oversold and that's my morning update and that's my two cents good luck to everyone
