Did AA hide Swift contract ( worth one billion )
I was thinking on this contract and pretend if no R/S company will go BK.
in order to sign a contract like this one , all the legal details are forensic crazy ,wat too much money involve .
my humble opinion this contract was already signed it and whoever handle this matter ( legal side , court or amc board ) lie on paper so they can steal 90% of humble retail investors accross the globe and proceed with evil plan , It should be a good idea ( if anybody can ) to see dates of this contract to clear doubts about it .
how come all the board members got free tousands of shares after reverse split and not before ? Dates when they are awarded free shares were before the split .
god help us all

70638593 : The shares are part of their salary I would presume, the 8k filings will confirm this. if it is a bonus and was not voted on, then we have actionable evidence against the board.
