Delisting announcement Nov.15
anyone know of what happened with their delisting notification on November 15,2023? They were supposed to have a hearing with Nasdaq on November 17,2023

Sumchi : This shit happened... They issued new stock and class d warrents at 0.06 class e warrents at like 0.11 and announced a RS to occur if the price falls too low for too long.

Sumchi : There is no news of an extension that I have read but it looks like they are trying everything they can to avoid being delisted. I assume that if they can't hit the price point then NASDAQ will go ahead with the delisting. Also I never saw a form where they requested an extension.

There is no need for an extension yet, they have until roughly May of 2024 to regain compliance then they can request an extension. If for any reason their share price trades less than .01 for 5 consecutive days Bitcoin Brother stated they will enact a reverse split. As of now, they’ve been notified, and have a predetermined amount of time to regain compliance.
bullenario : Charles, please explain why they should have time till May 2024? There is no proof for it just your expectation right? Mine also because a new 180 days extension will be May 2024, but so far it’s just speculation.
