Delisting 180 days June 2024
For those whom intend to vote against reversw stock spilt. Better think twice. Nasdaq already issue delisting notice to Agen. They have up till June 2024 extendable for another 180 days.

QianmengYu : The news together with DNA would have made us close above one dollar… No active investor will buy before reverse split. If board knew something great will happen soon, they would have reverse split with ratio of 2, 4 or 5. Not 20. Only failing companies do 20. Yes book says that’s just math. But wall street doesn’t think that way. That means management think share is only worthy like 25 to 50 cents, then we get 5 to 10 per share.
Ducati999OP : Let’s see their Q4 2023 results which is due for release. It’s a bet now. I agree no one will buy the share before the Reverse Stock spilt. 1:20 is just too much, as if they are buying time.. they need to change their C-Suites to revive the company. Can you imagine they has 0 patent but had been surviving for 30 years. Hopefully they survive this too.
