SiaCW : yes. step up dividend already proposed since I think 2 years back. from 54c to 60c to 66c per quarter. DBS has too much capital need to return to share holder.

Ryebread : Proposed for next year, 0.66 per quarter plus 0.15 special dividend. Pending approval in the coming AGM. So it will be 0.81 cents from May onwards if it gets approved. If dividend is a modest 5%, DBS price will be? Ownself do the maths. Just buy and hold for sweet retirement.
