By the way, its the same when buying at 36.10 before XB or buying at 32.50 after XB. The share price dropped but the value of your position remain unchanged.

1M65 : precisely that's the point. value of shares don't drop and it is dividends inclusive going forward. unless there is a major sellout due to a black swan event..
most probably the most it might pull back 5-8% lower the most.
unfilteredtruths 1M65: I'm buying in more only after bonus shares. I'm predicting a major sell out after the bonus shares. But it's just an assumption. Playing it safe though.
R and ROP 1M65: Agreed. Newbie usually not comfortable of seeing price dropped after XB and also the issue of odd lots. So I expect a new wave of buying after XB and most likely price won't drop 10%. I hope I'm wrong though. I don't mind buying more at 30.

R and ROP Zumba: Its up to individual. Many like me invest in DBS for dividends. I'm happy with holding the shares long term as long as the dividend is decent.
1M65 : U can immediately start to sell the next day after xd. but remember what's the purpose of buying dbs in the first place it's for its dividends and incremental of share price overtime. it's a long term investment.
no point in and out. how do you know whether you're able to catch the bottom or even lower price than the initial purchase price.
