Depends on your goal. If youre planning to invest long term for the dividends and the upcoming bonus stocks, you can buy in anytime actually. But if youre looking at short term profits through buy and sell, buy in after dividends as share price will drop by quite a bit then.

33.30 to 33.50 ish before dividend and additional shares payout. After that, price will drop so much, you'll wonder if you make the wrong decision to buy. But hey! if you are holding long term, you will pat yourself on your back in future for investing in this behemoth. . On and off can do swing trade for this, just don't mess with it during dividend periods unless you can time the market.

You're welcome. Got SPARE cash just buy. I never intend to sell, always accumulating, so whatever price when I have spare cash I just buy, high or low doesn't matter. Then every year take dividends. I treat it as my cpf money, locked up until I reach you know ... eternity.
