Non-cancel period. PRE-MARKET

Auction phase, where many orders would be consolidated into a single order and be executed if price matched. you CANNOT cancel orders at this time. It's for different brokers to have an easier job and accounting.

Unmatched orders will flow into regular trading hours. (9AM)

*THIS IS THE REASON YOU SEE MANY XL ORDERS.*

[9:00AM to 11:59AM, 1:00PM to 4:59PM]

Regular trading hours, if you don't know what this means, go and learn basic stock rules and explanations.

[5:00PM to 5:04PM]

Pre-close period, similar function as (Pre-open period) above.

[5:05PM to 5:06PM]

Non-cancel period. AFTER-MARKET

similar to the non-cancel period for PRE-MARKET above

*BUT the difference is that unmatched orders would be discarded.*

TAC period. (Trade-At-Close)

Able to trade but only at the fixed closing price.
