So after scilex sold some of their shares because they needed cash(and it was their shares that they purchased and own so they have every right to sell if they want), an offering of 7.5M shares was made back in july.

First image is of the prospectus supplement and second image shows who the offering was made to.  These 7.5M shares had to be sold or else they had to return the shares back to dvlt for free i think, that part I only glanced over and I'm not sure on.
