1) The potential acquisition of $Bakkt (BKKT.US)$ has neither been finalised nor confirmed. Amidst the rumors of the potential acquisition, no number was provided for how much DJT would be willing to pay to acquire BKKT.
2) DJT has filed a trademark for TruthFi, intended to be a crypto payment processing platform. However, such an implementation is currently not possible due to TMTG neither having the manpower nor infrastructure. This means that DJT needs to acquire another crypto company like BKKT to move forward with such a plan.
3) DJT remains fundamentally weak, with its main source of revenue being ads on Truth Social.

10baggerbamm : there is no deal and there won't be a deal because the stock was 12 bucks it went to 37-38 whatever it was even in a stock deal from djt they're not going to pay up a multiple 300% I don't know why people don't comprehend this if the deal would have happened it would have been hush-hush a non-disclosure signed and then the news announcement would have come out that for every one share of bkkt you're going to get .6 shares of djt which would be a 50% premium at that time

But anyway, DJT doesn’t need to pay market value for BKKT. The number comes down to what the shareholders agree to. And if the sale doesn’t go through, BKKT’s stock price will crash anyway. And DJT will go back to being an extremely overpriced Twitter clone company.
