How to Deposit Crypto

1. Open moomoo app, tap "Accounts" > "All" > Crypto - "Deposit Crypto".

2. Select the coin you want to deposit, confirm the network and wallet type.

- Moomoo SG currently supports 4 major coins: BTC, ETH, XRP, and USDC.

- Deposits are currently available only from self-custody wallets.

3. Verify your wallet address

In accordance with regulatory policies and to ensure the security of your assets, wallet ownership verification is required when depositing funds from a personal wallet. The platform currently supports small-amount verification for this process.

- If you have already verified an address on this network, you can select it directly to proceed with the deposit.

- To verify a new address, follow the on-screen instructions. The system will generate a specific total deposit amount; you must send exactly that amount on-chain to complete verification.

4. Complete the transfer

The system will display the QR code and full deposit address. Copy the deposit address and paste it into the destination address field on your sending platform to complete the transfer.

If you already have a brokerage account, follow these steps to activate crypto trading:

1. Open the app, enter a crypto symbol (e.g., BTC) in the search bar, go to the details page, and tap the Trade button at the bottom.

2. On the trading permission page, select Crypto, then follow prompts to pass the Digital Payment Token (DPT) Risk awareness assessment, acknowledge the risk disclosure and review your tax & account profile to activate your crypto account.

6. Deposited to the Wrong Address

Please use the deposit address provided by Moomoo SG and double-check it before initiating the transfer. Depositing to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss of funds.

7. Below Minimum Deposit Amount

Moomoo SG requires a minimum deposit amount. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and cannot be refunded. Please top up your deposit to meet the minimum threshold in order for the funds to be credited in your account.

8. Wrong Wallet Type Address Used

Please ensure the address you use matches the wallet type selected on the wallet type selection page. Using a mismatched address type may cause the deposit to fail. This may result in permanent loss of funds with no possibility of refund.
