COUNTRY GARDEN Hit by Winding-up Petition from Ever Credit

$COUNTRY GARDEN(02007.HK)$ announced that Ever Credit Limited has filed a winding-up petition against it at the High Court of Hong Kong yesterday (27 Feb). The petition is filed in relation to the non-payment of a term loan facility between the petitioner as lender and CG as borrower in the principal amount of approximately HK$1.6 billion, plus accrued interest.
