COULD DRO be GROWING UP & start to behave like a TRENDING STOCK??

Either this was a thin liquidity flush we just witnessed where algos shook out weak hands and price now stabilises with real desks back from their holiday siesta..or its the early phase of maturing into a mid-cap…where volatility compresses and the crowd driven swings start to fade from here..how DRO behaves tells you which one it is.

Im not saying its going up & yeah, this is hurting the bagholders..we all know the last mega drop was caused by the CEO. But as companies move toward mid-cap size from low end mid cap the share price usually cant keep acting like a jumpy CROWD DRIVEN MOMENTUM toy forever.

What might be happening is institution Algos trying to FK out weak hands & reset behaviour like they did with CDA in 2021-22 (see chart below) before the steady reset in the beginning of 2023..she too was a CROWD SWINGER in her day and Boy did she pay :) an absolute Day traders love affair like DRO is today!!

Big runs almost always need a pullback to cool things down. DRO had a strong run, & shes arguably outgrowing her low end mid cap..WILD SWINGER phase.

This drop could simply be the market testing whether it can settle into a STEADIER pattern instead of pure CROWD EMOTIONS. Ive seen this SHIT happen plenty of times over the years…it’s rarely exciting, but it’s often necessary.

IF IT HOLDS around these CURRENT levels thats a constructive sign.

If it DOESNT then this idea is WRONG. Nothing GUARANTEED .JUST AN OBSERVATION from staring at screens and reading too much shit for way too long.

My wife calls it an addiction.

I call it pattern recognition with CONSEQUENCES!!

CDA today is a set-and-forget BORING long-term compounder, which is going through a mild correction herself, I HELD BAGS for HER since the old days & just dumped her recently ..bit like an old girlfriend with good and bad memories..while DRO is still in its volatile, crowd-driven phase — it might follow the same path one day, but it hasn’t earned that status yet or will she??
