Clearing up DWAC misinformation

$Digital World Acquisition Corp(DWAC.US)$ So I've seen a few claims that are just baseless with all the DWAC hype so this post is just clearing up some of the popular ones with sources.
1. "Trump will onload shares as soon as the merger happens"... Business insider and gaurdian claim any larger shareholder of this company will not be allowed to sell until 6 months after merge (including trump)
2. "The stock wont change ticker name to DJT"... According to Businessinsider linked below the company will receive an updated Symbol DJT for trading if the deal is approved.
3. "merger wont go thru"... Trump is literally already suing those shareholders unwilling to cooperate in this vote and with this final meeting coming up tomorrow there is a chance it wont happen but with all the potential money to lose it'd be a disadvantage to vote against this merger now for any shareholder.
Any other claims that are saying this wont work out let me know why you think so. I really want all points of view on this.
