Following our 2H & FY 2023 results release, our CEO, Mr. Han Khim Siew shed light on OUE REIT's strategic directions, operational strengths, capital management practices and market outlook in a recent conversation with Investor-One.

Regarding investment strategy, there is a preference for organic growth due to the rising cost of borrowing. Mr. Han highlighted that organic growth, particularly through asset enhancement, can yield attractive returns. Going forward, OUE REIT will also explore opportunities in the hospitality sector, attracted by its higher yields and dynamic pricing model.
