Simple Guy : it should recover and hover around 1.5 as of now as there are still people that is still frightened by the sudden drop.
however, I believe the price will slowly start to climb especially once the amount of in speice dividend is made known. conversely the reit price will then likely drop due to share dilution.
so will be good to continue loading up when the price is low. Just have to bear with it.
most importantly is Centurion shares are majority held by insider, so they have everything to gain. if they are holding on, so should we

105486216 : they may consider giving reit shares as dividends instead of the usual cash. no benefits to shareholders. cash is better than shares.
Simple Guy : u can always sell off the shares after they are given. not much difference as they will have factor in how much they want to share in dollar value.
