A treatment is absolutely needed and SAVA is showing promise . How dare you, shorts? How dare you try to stop phase 3 trials, call it a sugar pill/ no better than placebo and blast accusation statements on twitter to delay the trials and attempt to destroy the company’s reputation so you can short it and make money knowing that you or your family is prone to possibly have this disease.
