MrM : Shopping malls should be fine. Offices maybe are the ones affected but it’s still a small % of the portfolio. Wait for results bah for more clarity. I might get back in especially at such low price. REITs pretty good deal now if you able to hold until rate cut.
104138295OP Mooooney: It’s because CLCT has all their portfolio/ properties in China. The others like MPACT, MLT, CHAR have their portfolio spread over several countries.
