Canopy USA will be an independent company under Canopy Growth Corp. You have the option to move all or a portion of your CGC shares to Canopy USA. Canopy USA will trade on the NASDAQ and will have it’s own ticker symbol. If you choose to move your CGC shares to Canopy USA you will not receive dividends and will not be able to vote those shares.
