106142967 : This is misleading. The company must get the reports ready before holding an AGM. Since they are still working on the reports, they cannot call an AGM in time to meet Nasdaq rules. It is also mentioned that they will hold the AGM by end Jun 2026. On the part of Nasdaq, it is they job to issue another letter to the company to the effect that they are in breach of listing rules again.
