Then, there's the NASDAQ one dollar noncompliance notice to answer to. It's unlikey that the price will surge to one dollar anytime soon or at all without some help. So, that will likely equate to a reverse split the following month.

There's only one thing that's a certainty about the future of C3IS. A price war is eminent, and short sellers are on the prowl. Regardless, C3IS has plenty of money to keep them afloat with or without compliance.
